Unfortunately today is probably going to be remembered as the day that got flooded. I won’t dwell on it long- but I will say that the staff and crew at Easterfest did their very best to keep everyone as safe as they could. I haven’t heard of any serious injuries so far. However even though the day ended like that- there is so much good that happened today as well. We had a blast playing our set at the RED FROGS stage. We saw all you guys come out to support us, and it meant so much. Our set was a heap of fun, and it seemed like everyone had a great time too.we had a great interview with the girls from the New Generation magazine- who release a teenage girl mag, and teenage boy mag. The mainstagers this evening were absolutely amazing!! Art Of Sleeping, Michael Paynter, Peter Furler- and it was Neworldson and Switchfoot who marched on in the rain to lift the spirits of those who had the guts to stay. No doubt this is a day we will remember, and tell stories about for years to come. Tomorrow we will be at On The Edge church leading worship. Would be great to see you if your around.
